So often in our lives we find ouselves exhausted in living out our daily lives - the demands of work, family, home, school, ongoing learning, ministry, and trying to do our best each day can leave us wondering if we are really following God's plan or the world's plan for our life.
If you need a break from all your duties and responsibilities, give yourself permission to go on a private retreat at Our Lady of Peace. Whether it is for one day, a weekend or even longer, God is calling to you come away from the pressures of daily life and rest in His Presence for a while.
Follow the better choice as Mary did and sit at the feet of Jesus for awhile. Call us today and ask us about setting up a private retreat for you. We can provide a room for you to rest, delicious meals, access to our retreat chapel throughout the day, plus you can enjoy a stroll along our Stations of the Cross and visit our new Marian Garden.

Come for a day of recollection
While we are currently unable to offer private retreats. we wecome your group to consider coming to the Retreat House for a spiritual Day of Recollection.
Consider scheduling a "Day of Reflection" in our Retreat Chapel and Dining Room on a weekday to refresh your spirit and rejuvenate your faith.
We can accommodate your parish staff, prayer group or spiritual community (limited size) for a day retreat on a Wednesday from 10 am - 2 pm featuring:- Prayer time in our Retreat Chapel
- Lunch in our dining room
- Conference with one of our Sisters
- Time for refreshment while strolling our outdoor grounds
- Visit the outdoor Stations of the Cross and Marian Garden
- Enjoy our Catholic Bookstore and Gift Shop
- Discover the peace God has for you at our Retreat House

Spiritual direction
Many people ask, "What is Spiritual Direction?"
Spiritual direction is an age-old tradition in the Catholic Church journeying with one another to help see and hear the work of the Lord more clearly.
The focus of spiritual direction is to enable an individual to grow in his or her relationship with God, self and others in the ups and downs of life's journey.
Spiritual direction may occur on a regular basis, during a retreat, or at a time of special need. For regular spiritual direction, one usually meets with the director either on a weekly or monthly basis for a one-hour session.
